The Palette That Changed My Opinion On Blusher

I have never worn blusher truly because I just don't think it suits my skin tone so I just slap bronzer on my face and that's me done. However, when my best friend suggested the Limited-edition Blush Bliss Palette she swears by, I gave in and finally let her try it on me. Honestly, I was amazed. I didn't think blush could look so nice on me as it makes me look more alive.
The Blusher comes in four shades.
1. Genuine- A warm, peachy matte pink. Perfect for everyday wear.
2. Breathtaking- A cold undertone, matte, rosy barbie pink.
3. Graceful- A beautiful terracotta pink. This blush has a light shimmer of gold (it's my favourite shade.) If you prefer dewy makeup looks this shade is better suited for you.
4. Lovable- This blush is slightly brighter than Breathtaking but has a neutral undertone.
The brand states to have included special ingredients such as Amazonian clay powder for longevity, Vitamin E which protects you from toxins from the environment such as pollution and mineral pigments to soften the skin.
Pros:
High pigmented colours so you only need to use a little bit. When you have dipped your blush into the palette, make sure you tap the brush to remove excess powder.
The blush lasted the whole day.
The blushes blend out easily and smoothly so you don't end up looking like a clown (LOL.)
Even though the palette is £34, you can really see the quality of the powders through the formula. The blush doesn't look like a cheap blush that you used to use for your Barbie dolls but rather a blush fit for a model.
It's also oil free so it doesn't clog pores and it is great for acne prone skin.
The palette gives you a good range of colours to suit any skin tone and any event. The shade Genuine and Graceful are perfect everyday blushes. When I tried the blush palette I had mixed these two together and I loved it. Breathtaking and Loveable are great for events as they're quite dramatic.
The palette is versatile as you can also apply these shades to your eyelid to create a pretty pink makeup look.
Cons:
In order to suit more skin shades and more makeup looks, they could have included a brown or an orange undertone blush rather than stick to the pink colour range.
If you're not really a blush person, I guarantee you that this palette will change your whole perspective on blush.
Kritique Rating: 4.8/5.
